**Duties**

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales floor and stockroom with finesse and enthusiasm. Supervising point-of-sale transactions and providing expert guidance at the book information desk Ensuring that every aspect of our store and the team, reflects the highest standards of excellence. The role goes beyond mere supervision; you'll be a mentor, a motivator, and a catalyst for success. Through your leadership, coaching, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, you'll empower our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations at every turn.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School diploma required.
- Five (5) years or more of direct customer service and retail business experience is required along with retail operation skills.
- Three (3) years or more of experience with leading and developing a team during busy periods and direct experience with training new staff.
- Two (2) years experience in retail visual merchandising.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Self-motivated, creative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects in a busy, student-and-market-oriented retail environment.
