**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Ensuring all dispatch duties are conducted in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations.
- Reviewing and amending dispatch documentation and manuals as required.
- Flight dispatch (flight authorization and aircraft release).
- Flight following of aircraft.
- Invoicing of flights.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Ensuring building is presentable.
- Welcoming clients.
- Ensuring all office supplies are adequately stocked
- Ensuring adequate supplies of Company material are available
- General administrative and operational assistance as required.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Previous experience and proven success in an Office Assistant/Administrator role is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
- Motivated team player with superior time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and without direct supervision
- Proficient with MS Office suite including use of Excel spreadsheets

**HOURS**:

- As designed by the manager and determined by the needs of the company, estimated at 15-25 hours per week. Additional hours may be required due to business necessity and may include early morning, evening and/or weekend work.

**WAGE**:
Dependent on experience
