We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our reputable accounting firm. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and maintain office supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, reports, and client invoices.
Support the accounting staff in data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Help maintain the client database and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops.
Maintain a tidy and organized office space to create a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with the accounting team to provide any necessary administrative support.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented mindset.
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
