**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and review deductions from customer payments to determine their validity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payment deductions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to address deduction issues.
- Communicate with customers to resolve deduction disputes and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of deduction activities and prepare related reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an analyst or similar role in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations
- Experience in accounts receivable or deductions management (preferred)
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (preferred)

Responsabilités:

- Analyser et examiner les déductions des paiements des clients afin de déterminer leur validité.
- Enquêter et résoudre les divergences liées aux déductions de paiement.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (par exemple, les ventes, le service à la clientèle) pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux déductions.
- Communiquer avec les clients pour résoudre les litiges liés aux déductions et garantir des paiements en temps voulu.
- Tenir des registres précis des activités de déduction et préparer les rapports correspondants.
- Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.

Qualifications:

- Licence en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'analyste ou dans une fonction similaire dans le domaine de la finance ou de la comptabilité
- Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et d'autres logiciels financiers
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer des situations complexes
- Expérience dans la gestion des comptes débiteurs ou des déductions (préférée)
- Connaissance des pratiques et réglementations financières spécifiques à l'industrie (préférée)
- Familiarité avec les systèmes ERP (par exemple, SAP, Oracle) (préférée)

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
