Corcentric: Collections Analyst Role Overview

As a dynamic and ambitious global organization, Corcentric offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Collections Analyst to join our Credit, Collections, & Disputes team. This key position reports to the Collections Manager and involves handling a large collections portfolio, customer requests, and credit reviews.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Initiate collection calls to business accounts to ensure timely payment arrangements.
  • Research and resolve client billing problems to maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify root causes contributing to account delinquency to inform effective strategies.
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts and applicable collection reports to optimize performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and customer requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Making recommendations to management regarding customer status, including placement on hold or sending to collections.
  • Resolve customer deductions promptly to avoid further delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications to ensure transparency.
  • Review credit limits for new and existing accounts to mitigate risk.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in commercial, B2B collections roles, with a strong understanding of financial statements and analysis.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Corcentric offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
