Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Processing Administrator to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $28.15 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Own the member data integrity and ensure processes are in place to safeguard all member data from any unauthorized changes
- Analyze data to ensure compatibility with client setup
- Provide technical expertise to V-load requirements including expertise on file layout, V-load generator, client communication, claims history and manual member loads
- Provide technical and admin support to Plan Member Administration staff on Member Set Up and V-load activities
- Support the technical activities in recommending the most effective solutions for V-load offerings considering client data, flex plan design; determining the business rules; responding to questions to assist client in providing data to file specifications; user acceptance testing, and liaising with the IS Team in testing new/ existent clients
- Attend client meetings to gather and document plan member data requirements
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities including workflow improvements and systems changes related to respective areas of accountability
- Load all member data related to new clients, regardless of method, including claims history and Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) balances and deposits

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Group Benefits as well as Benefits Administration - a minimum of 1 year experience
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and resilience in everyday situations
- Good relationship management skills
- Familiar with the various types of standard payroll/electronic files
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & SQL, including Visual Basic programming is a must. (ex. in excel - filter data, creating columns, formulas, formatting cells)
