Customer Relationship Person

Cambridge, Canada Kitchen Visions Full time

Kitchen Visions is looking for a customer centric individual to work with our team to do regular site visits, communications with customers and manage any outstanding service requests.
- Managing project execution from start to finish.
- Managing outstanding service requests to timely completion.
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of cabinetry constuction.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Preference will be given to a person with established experience in the custom kitchen industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N3H 2K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
