Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals
- Implement strategies to drive store profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Recruit, train on customer service and product knowledge, and schedule staff to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic budgeting principles
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone etiquette practices

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
