Store Manager

At Pearle Vision, we're dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to our patients. As a Store Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by maximizing sales and profits, and ensuring that our store meets all operational, sales, and merchandising goals. You'll lead by example, modeling our commitment to providing NECE, exceptional patient care, and customer service while maintaining sales behaviors and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Ensure the store meets all operational, sales, and merchandising goals
- Model Luxottica's commitment to providing NECE, exceptional patient care, and customer service
- Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber sales associates
- Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with Company HR policies and practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail-like environment
- Strong organizational skills for planning work and monitoring progress
- Strong communication skills for effective management of teams
- Ability to demonstrate an exemplary commitment to providing exceptional customer service and sales
