**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product recommendations and answer inquiries about various liquor products.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about different types of liquor, wines, and other related products.
Assist customers in locating products and provide information about product features.

**Inventory Management**:Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-organized and products are appropriately labeled.
Monitor and report low stock levels, and assist with inventory counts as required.

**Store Maintenance**:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Perform regular checks on product expiration dates and remove expired items from the shelves.

**Compliance**:Adhere to all state and local regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Check identification to verify the age of customers purchasing alcohol.

**Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address customer needs and store issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of different types of liquor and beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- SIR Certifications Required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, and reach regularly.

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
