**Job Description Summary**: The New Units Quality Organization has an open position for a highly motivated individuals who will provide operational and project management support for the New Units Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (NUHDGT) Value Streams.

These Value Streams are cross-functional teams that own continuous improvement of the New Unit Project’s Portfolio Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). There are 20 Value Streams grouped into six major technologies of Gas Turbine, Steam/Generator, HRSG, Controls/Electrical, MSD/BOP 1 and 2.

These Value Stream Project Managers will work for the NUHDGT Quality Operations leader directly supporting the NUHDGT Quality Value Stream Leaders to manage the inflow of Non-Conformity Reporting (NCRs) and initial forensics and data quality, NCR value stream assignment, engage in Value Stream problem solving, action tracking, operational support, value stream metrics and reporting.

The Project Managers will work closely with the Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Lean, and Quality functions to accomplish these value stream objectives.

Il y a 20 flux de valeur regroupés en six technologies principales : turbine à gaz, vapeur/générateur, HRSG, contrôles/électricité, MSD/BOP 1 et 2.

Ces chefs de projet de la chaîne de valeur travailleront pour le responsable des opérations qualité du NUHDGT en aidant directement les responsables de la chaîne de valeur de la qualité du NUHDGT à gérer l’afflux de rapports de non-conformité (NCR) et la criminalistique initiale et la qualité des données, l’attribution de la chaîne de valeur NCR, s’engager dans la résolution de problèmes de la chaîne de valeur, le suivi des actions, le soutien opérationnel, les mesures de la chaîne de valeur et les rapports.

Les chefs de projet travailleront en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions Ingénierie, Fabrication, Approvisionnement, Lean et Qualité pour atteindre ces objectifs de chaîne de valeur.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As the Value Stream Project Manager, you will:

- Evaluate the inflow of NCRs executing the initial data quality screening, value stream assignment, and initial analysis of the effected product line and causal factors.
- Lead the assigned Value Stream operating rhythm and meeting action management.
- Participate in systemic problem-solving root cause and sustained countermeasures through value stream standard work.
- Drive Value Steam problem solving and countermeasure implementation actions while maintaining the associated operational trackers.
- Manage the Value Stream KPIs/metrics relative to progress, output, and performance.
- Assist in preparation and development of the Senior Leadership Monthly Operating Review content.
- Support central NUHDGT Quality Operations Value Stream data analysis and reporting.
- Extensive work with PowerNow (NCR function), Smartsheet, and MS Excel platforms for data management and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Significant experience in power generation industry
- Significant operational experience in Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, or leading cross-functional teams in equivalent function
- Must be bilingual (English) highly functional
