**Job description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow-up system
- Maintain a good working relationship with vendors and become knowledgeable on their product lines
- Manage fulfilment process from receipt of the purchase order to product delivery
- Create and deliver proposals and quotes in a timely manner
- Obtain customer approval, process payments, and enter orders accurately
- Stay up-to-date on the status of all jobs and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist in operating and managing the store daily
- Assist with production, which may include operating a vinyl cutter and heat press
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times
- Maintain professionalism, understanding, and courtesy to represent the organization with a great reputation

OTHER SKILLS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in graphic design: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva
- Ability to grow sales and profitability within the company
- Knowledge of promotional products industry, including suppliers and the various uses of promotional products in client companies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 year post-secondary education
- Preference for people with some promotional products industry and managerial experience
- 3+ years experience in sales, operations, and/or budgeting is preferred
TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL INFORMATION
- Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee may be required to work at a computer for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
