**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring project goals are met within budgetary and time constraints.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and addressed.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP certification is required.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Occasional weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- PRINTING INDUSTRY: 3 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
- Project management: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
