We have an exciting opportunity for a talented results-oriented Project Manager to join the IT team. This mid-range role is well suited for an experienced Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of technology projects under their belt. Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Project Manager will manage a variety of projects simultaneously ranging in both size and complexity. They’ll engage with key stakeholders from different business units, present project status updates to leadership and work directly with members of the PMO, technical teams, restaurant operators and vendors in their effort supporting projects.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Manage concurrent IT-based projects.
- Effectively work with and lead cross-functional and sometimes co-located teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, create project reports and presentations.
- Analyze project performance.
- Present project status updates to leadership.
- Work closely with vendors to achieve objectives and manage multiple vendor integrations of critical life-line business technologies.
- Keep projects on course, on time and within budget, and scope and to quality specs.
- Work with the business and project resources to mitigate project risks.
- Look for ways to create project efficiencies.
- Perform quality assurance, coordinate UAT.
- Create training materials.
- Other duties as required.

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years managing technology projects with multiple vendor integrations.
- PMP designation highly required.
- Can effectively prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- A positive attitude and collaborative nature is critical.
- Professional and polished documentation.
- Can effectively adapt their communication to their audience.
- Has strong follow-through.
- Understands the importance of doing it right the first time.
- A self-starter that is resourceful and can work with mínimal supervision but is not afraid to ask questions.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Proficiency in Visio and Sharepoint an asset.
- Experience working with Teamworks preferred but not required.
