**What’s On Your Plate**:

- Improve network outcomes for our Restaurant/Retail Partners and Customers by identifying and addressing unintended/unproductive behaviours present in our courier network
- Analyse network data to identify trends
- Monitor and evaluate undesired behaviours and establish performance metrics to recognize outstanding performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to courier KPIs, including code of conduct, safety guidelines, and delivery service standards
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement and ensure internal teams are familiar with current processes, policies and ways of working
- Drive a globalised and aligned approach while adapting for local needs
- Collaborate with local market teams and global functions to ensure compliance and local regulations are adhered to
- Prepare and implement process changes and monitor operational impact and quality
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to drive operational optimisation through automation, self-serve and simplified processes
- Establish measures of success, track and report impact
- Take ownership of key improvement initiatives from ideation through to the quality of the delivery service
- Support internal teams in the creation of tools, policies and documents to guide and educate couriers to drive behaviour change reflected in improved KPIs
- Clearly present and communicate plans and proposals to key stakeholders including senior management

- Previous experience delivering tangible improvements to operational efficiency or cost reduction driven by data insights
- Creative problem solving skills with a self-starter attitude, and willingness to dive into new challenges and opportunities
- Solid analytical thinking and data driven approach
- Experience analyzing large and complex datasets and distilling actionable insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to deliver complex work in collaboration with colleagues, teams and functions
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate plans, change and impact to key stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Strong team player - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively
- Independent thinker, proactive problem solver, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a highly ambiguous environment
