Job Description (FRENCH)

Responsabilités principales:

- Analyser et comprendre les exigences des demandes prioritaires.
- Animer des sessions de partage d’idées productives (brainstorming, JAD, etc.) si nécessaire.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables de l’expérience utilisateur (UX) et de l’architecture pour développer une ou plusieurs solutions innovantes répondant aux besoins identifiés. Ces solutions devront intégrer les tendances de l’industrie et les dernières avancées technologiques.
- Veiller à ce que les analyses techniques soient réalisées par les architectes et qu’elles soient conformes aux attentes.
- Identifier les contraintes techniques et les impacts des solutions proposées, tant du point de vue des clients que de l'entreprise.
- Dans un contexte de développement Agile, rédiger et affiner en continu les spécifications en fonction de la solution choisie et approuvée par le Product Owner.
- Décomposer la solution retenue en récits utilisateur (User Stories) et, le cas échéant, définir un schéma d’utilisation de haut niveau.
- Fournir un soutien continu à l’équipe de développement pendant la phase de programmation, y compris la rédaction de cas de tests, de contenus destinés à l’utilisateur et de toute documentation nécessaire.
- Réaliser des tests d’utilisabilité (UAT) afin de garantir que les spécifications ont été respectées.
- Proposer et participer à la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes pour améliorer nos processus, outils et méthodes, et informer les parties prenantes concernées.

Qualifications requises:

- Baccalauréat en génie, informatique, ou en administration des affaires avec un profil GIS/GTA, ou l’équivalent.
- Capacité à décrire clairement les interactions entre l’utilisateur et le logiciel.
- Compétence pour animer des sessions d’analyse des besoins et des échanges d’idées.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Aptitude à évaluer et à communiquer l'impact de différentes solutions ou décisions technologiques sur les clients et les systèmes.
- Confortable pour discuter et analyser des enjeux techniques avec les développeurs et les architectes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Leadership, proactivité et capacité à stimuler les discussions et à proposer des solutions concrètes.
- Grande autonomie et capacité d'adaptation aux outils, aux rôles et aux personnalités variées.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et disponibilité pour soutenir l’équipe.

Atouts:

- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile.
- Expérience pratique des technologies web (HTML5, CSS, Angular, jQuery, etc.).
- Expérience en développement dans un contexte d’intégration continue (multiples dépôts Git, pipelines Jenkins CI/CD, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand the requirements for high-priority requests.
- Facilitate productive idea-sharing sessions (brainstorming, JAD, etc.) when needed.
- Collaborate closely with UX and architecture leads to develop one or more innovative solutions that meet the identified needs. These solutions should integrate both industry trends and the latest technological advancements.
- Ensure that technical analyses are carried out by architects and align with project expectations.
- Identify both customer-facing and internal technical constraints and impacts of proposed solutions.
- In an Agile development context, write and continuously refine specifications based on the solution selected and approved by the Product Owner.
- Break down the approved solution into user stories and, when applicable, define a high-level usage flow.
- Provide ongoing support to the development team during the programming phase, including writing test cases, user-facing text, and any necessary documentation.
- Conduct high-level usability testing to ensure specifications are accurately implemented.
- Propose and help implement innovative improvements to our processes, tools, and methods, and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed.
