**Education Office**r
** for our Toronto Campus**.
**The Education Officer **will work in our Education Department to improve the student enrollment and attendance process of the College. This is a
** full-time in-office role**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties.
- Oversee incoming physical and electronic student records to ensure integrity of files.
- Create and implement program plans, outlines, and scheduling for programs.
- Review and distribute program communications with instructors and administration.
- Ensure student compliance with school policies regarding performance and attendance.
- Resolve student inquiries and questions regarding student program and courses.
- Process requests for schedule changes to courses and programs.
- Monitoring attendance and authorized absences.
- Assist with D2L software, troubleshooting, and guidance for students.
- Assist with organization of the monthly new student orientation.
- Serve as guidance and provide academic resources to students.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Administration or any other Business field is required.
- 3-4 years of experience working in a post-secondary institution or any related work.
- Experience in a service-centered environment, preferably within a student services role specific to local students. Experience with International Students is considered an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of challenges regarding career changes and post-secondary education, combined with a strong commitment to advancing the educational aspirations of people will be considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of an Admissions Enrollment process within a post-secondary environment demonstrating knowledge of Admission criteria, policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent ability to perform tasks with accuracy, promptness, and with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with great work ethic.
- Superior skills in the delivery of student services.
