We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop dynamic sales and marketing strategies focused on developing new recruitment channels and the growth of our existing recruitment channels. Strive to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Demonstrate a strong will-to-win. Be self-motivated and maintain consistent, high levels of energy and focus.
- Develop in-depth understanding of existing and emerging markets
- Place value on knowing key aspects of emerging markets. Recognize the importance of an in-depth understanding for creating solutions that result in growth, diversity, and strong partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Contribute to the market research and planning of new education programs to meet market demand.
- Manage overall recruitment budget and new enrolment numbers, ensure recruitment mix to support both direct and agent channels.
- Participate in recruiting, supervising, coaching, training, and motivating Account Executives; monitor performance to eliminate GAPs in meeting targets.
- Invest in building a knowledge base of Hanson and competitor programs. Seek out and attend relevant education and networking conferences, trade shows and other events for industry exposure.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations and policies pertaining to the Company as determined by provincial education, immigration, business and industry regulatory bodies, and the Company’s partnership institution(s) regarding compliances.
- Responsible for supporting the achievement of new intake targets each term all Hanson college campuses.
- Managing Admissions team to ensure effective process of recruits transitioning to applicants and registered students

Education and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of exposure in progressive partner management and business development roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of International education trends and opportunities.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
