Strength Through Motion is a health and wellness rehab facility based out of a busy gym in Richmond. We are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated person to join our dynamic administrative team (PEC = Patient Experience Coordinator)

Looking to start immediately, this position is responsible for the smooth and effective operating of the front end of the business. You will be the primary contact for any clients and customers both in person and over the phone, and serve as a key member of the team

**Pay**:Starting $19/hr **(**Negotiable)

**Location**:Richmond, BC

**Shifts**:24-32 hours with room to grow
- Reception and office experience
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods
- Maturity, professionalism, self-motivation, and desire to help others
- Polite and friendly personality

**Primary responsibilities of the PEC**:

- Managing the front desk of the organization while providing excellent customer service
- Direct billing on behalf of clients to insurance companies
- Book and reschedule appointments
- Assist clients at the front desk
- Receive client documents and payments
- Data entry and other paperwork for client files
- Management of social media accounts
- Processing MSP and ICBC Claims
- Helping practitioners setting up and keeping working areas clean
- Assisting Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists with laundry
- Helping manager with administrative tasks

- Participate in in-services to facilitate interdisciplinary learning within the organization
- Initiate and be involved in implementing new and innovative ideas regarding company operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
