IT Service Desk Analyst

This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Desk and Deskside Support you will provide workstation support to our support centre staff.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate support with vendors and local IT providers
- Record, track and escalate incidents via Service Now ticketing software
- Support, troubleshoot and identify trends of incidents/problems
- Resolve tasks within the Service Level Agreements
- Coordinate with IT teams on issues requiring escalation
- Mobile device support
- Assist with special projects as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous IT experience in service desk or desktop support
- Proficiency in using and managing Office 365
- Hardware (desktop/laptop) troubleshooting
- Quick error analysis and troubleshooting skill
- Demonstrated experience enforcing standards, policies and procedures
- Strong written and communication skills
- Customer focused mentality
