**About the Job**:
Communications Security Establishment (CSE) is Canada’s national cryptologic agency. Unique within Canada’s security and intelligence community, we employ code-makers, codebreakers, and secure system creators to provide the Government of Canada with foreign signals intelligence (SIGINT), as well as cyber security services (Canadian Centre for Cyber Security). CSE is the national hub for cyber operations to defend Canada and advance national interests. We provide technical and operational assistance to federal law enforcement and security agencies.

Our Staffing and Recruitment team provides advice and guidance to help Managers understand staffing options and their implications and delivers operational staffing and recruitment services aligned with organizational requirements and priorities. We will provide you with learning and development opportunities to progress in your career. With your HR knowledge, creativity and influencing skills you will carry out staffing and recruitment activities for an assigned client portfolio while resolving complex, difficult and sensitive HR problems. You will conduct research and analysis, will write various types of correspondence and reports, while consulting with your clients, members of other HR teams and participating in various working groups.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:
You must have either one of the following:

- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution* with acceptable specialization in human resources management, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

**OR**
- An acceptable combination of education (professional certification*) in a field related to the position (as above), and relevant experience.
- The educational program must be recognized in Canada, and you must be able to provide proof of education credentials. Students graduating within the next twelve (12) months are eligible to.

**Experience**:

- Experience in conducting research, analyzing information, and providing staffing/recruitment advice and guidance to clients.

**Specialized Expertise**:

- Experience coaching or mentoring Junior Human Resources Advisors
- Experience providing operational HR service delivery within more than one HR discipline
- Experience using the Workday Human Resources Management System
