**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Front of House Manager to be successful in the following:

- Manage and train front of house staff, including servers, baristas, and cashiers
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt and friendly service
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of coffee and food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
