This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of the _Partners in Employment_ team as it launches a new project in the Moose Jaw region. This role is instrumental in the project, working in concert with others to develop, coordinate and deliver services to individuals who experience disability and their employers. The project will provide participants of the project with skills for employment and work experience opportunities to successfully promote attachment to jobs that are in-demand labour market sectors.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Enhance or adapt appropriate training materials and resources.
- Deliver group experiential learning to develop a variety of skills which support successful attachment to employment (interpersonal, work ethics and expectations, resiliency, job search tools and techniques).
- Support participants to develop a realistic career action plan.
- Assist participants to develop suitable work experiences.
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with employers, the outcomes of these is employment opportunities that align with participants skills and interests, as well as enhance employer’s ability to fulfill hiring needs and support their efforts to build an inclusive work environment.
- Responsible for a variety of administrative duties including development of plans, curriculum, documentation, and reporting. Competent skills using Microsoft Office tools and Teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant post-secondary education in Human Services and two years related experience.
- Experience in group facilitation, resiliency training and life skills.
- Knowledge of barriers people who experience disability face related to employment and the supported employment philosophy.
- Coaching skills/empowering people to become independent.
- Knowledge of business demands and expectations in a variety of work settings.
- Ability to communicate, gain trust and support a broadly diverse background
- ranging from project participants to employers.
- Technical skills related to various platforms including Microsoft Office tools and Teams.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence.
