**The Role**:

- Oversee Social media project from concept to delivery
- Develop, lead, and implement our social media strategy and calendar across all social media platforms.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and analyze data and trends to monitor performance and uncover areas of improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across and throughout all marketing projects
- Manage and collaborate with our social media agencies to set and execute a comprehensive audience centric multi-channel strategy
- Coordinate with industry influencers and partners to optimize our social reach and engagement.
- Ability to work with visuals, simple gifs, PS assets, videos, etc
- Ability to use data to communicate and report how social goals, strategy, and results, and how these relate to wider business aims.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment

**What you bring to the role**
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Social Media Specialist or Strategist and are looking to take your career to the next level.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms and enjoys crafting content and posts for all social platforms, including, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a “can do” attitude.
- Organized, detail oriented and takes pride in accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be confident in reaching out to other department heads for information.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of content production.
- Bilingual English and French is an asset
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
