**Purpose of Job**: The Branch Systems Administrator’s primary focus is to ensure that all workstations, voice communications and multi functioning devices are running effectively.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage the workstations, voice communications and multi-functioning devices
- Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency & respond to technical issues
- Escalate issues to internal and external providers
- Act as point of contact for branch staff to answer questions
- Build effective working relationships across the team and contacts
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication

- Knowledge of MS Office
- Previous Financial industry experience considered an asset
