**Client Care Specialist**:

- _this is a remote position that will report into the Sunly Energy head office on Prince Edward Island_

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Address client inquiries as well as provide regular updates in a timely manner;
- Assist clients with system monitoring concerns and system performance issues;
- Prepare service call tickets and coordinate/schedule service calls between technicians and clients;
- Action higher technical support escalations appropriately;
- Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process with equipment manufacturers;
- Monitor replacement equipment inventories; and
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred;
- Experience in solar or renewable energy is preferred;
- Criminal record check is required;
- Strong ability to take initiative and solve problems;
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills (bilingualism in French is an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Experience working with customers over the phone and other formats;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as collaborate with the team;
- Quick learner, able to understand the industry from a technical and regulatory perspective;
- Previous experience providing technical/IT support is an asset;
- Ability to adapt to changes and pivot as necessary based on business needs; and
- Comfortable with technology and software (Google Suite, CRM an asset).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
