**Job Description**:
We're seeking a proactive and visionary Store Manager to spearhead the establishment and operation of our flagship store. As a core member of our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside a seasoned entrepreneurial group with a rich background in growing and scaling sustainable businesses across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Store Setup**: Locate and secure a retail space in line with our brand values and target market. Oversee the design, layout, and setup process ensuring an appealing and functional store layout.
- **Team Recruitment**: Build an enthusiastic, customer-focused team by recruiting, training, and managing employees. Maintain high performance through performance management, coaching, and motivation.
- **Inventory Management**: Establish processes for acquiring, sorting, pricing, and displaying used clothing items. Ensure the quality and diversity of products meet customer expectations.
- **Marketing and Sales**: Develop and implement a marketing plan that aligns with our mission and promotes our unique retail concept.
- **Customer Service**: Foster an environment that delivers exceptional customer service. Encourage feedback to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty.
- **Sustainability Advocacy**: Actively promote our circular economy model. Foster relationships with local communities and organizations to source used clothing and spread awareness.
- **Creativity**: The concept is new and we are looking for someone who has vision and ideas to share with the founding team to make the retail experience more engaging for customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion sector.
- Prior experience in launching a new store or business unit is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive customer service excellence and build a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and merchandising.
- Demonstrable passion for sustainability and the circular economy model.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
