**Showroom Sales Manager**

With a company history that extends over 60 years, Fontile Corporation is one of Vancouver’s leading stores for tile, kitchen and bath products. Our complete product suite includes porcelain and ceramic tiles, stone, wood, along with kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, faucets and sinks.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Company President, the Showroom Sales Manager is responsible for the followings:

- Directly manage the Inside Sales team, assess sales practices to create continuous improvement, set and monitor sales budgets by Sales Representative.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads and able to close leads.
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss their specific needs and inform them of our product offerings.
- Be responsible for organizing and implementing product knowledge and system trainings with Inside sales representatives and assigned accounts.
- Develop Inside sales team through motivation, guidance and selling technique education. Help all reps to succeed and move the entire team forward.
- Achieve assigned individual sales target in addition to the team target.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the Inside Sales Team.
- Resolve issues or complaints from customers, including return authorizations and customer satisfactions.
- Ensure showroom presentations and displays reflect current offerings and promotions.
- Recruit, train, conduct performance evaluations and conflict management for the Inside sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on Fontile product offerings, industry trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our customers.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Team, Marketing, Purchasing, Accounting and Warehouse to develop strategies to ensure proper internal control and continued improvement of the organization.
- Other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Sales and management experience in home furnishings and the construction industry is preferred (tiles, hardwood flooring, vinyl plank flooring or carpet)
- Strong networking skills. Demonstrated by having existing networks in the tile and plumbing industry.
- Ability to build strong culture. Their ability to guide sales reps, shape a team culture that is with integrity and competency.

**Compensations**:

- Annual Base Salary - $55,000 to $65,000 (depends on experience), paid semi-monthly.
- Hours of work - Monday to Saturday (40 hours a week). (Flex days off)
- Company provides cellphone and laptop.
- Group Insurance Plan: Fontile and employee share coverage 50/50.
- Annual Commissions: Annual targets are set based on sales reps’ productivity and base salaries. Showroom Sales Manager will receive 20% of the excess of the actual Gross Profit generated by the Inside Sales Team compared to the Target Gross Profit dollar amount.
- Monthly bonus: $500 monthly bonus will be paid on the 15th of each month if the Inside Sales Team meets its Gross Profit Dollar Amount Target of the prior month. At year-end, if the total Inside Sales Team’s annual Gross Profit Target is achieved, any missed monthly bonuses will be on January 15th of the following year.
