Summary:
The Contracts & Buildings Administrator will play a crucial role in Locsaun Canada Inc (Domino Highvoltage's parent company), responsible for managing internal contracts, overseeing building operations, and coordinating various administrative tasks within Locsaun and the Locsaun Group of Companies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Duties:

- Manage and maintain internal contracts between departments (OppUs)
- Oversee building management, ensuring proper maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and track contractors, evaluating their performance and ensuring compliance.
- Administer service contracts, monitor expirations, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare and submit remittances, including taxes, insurance premiums, and regulatory filings.
- Generate and analyze reports related to contracts, building management, and expenses.
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor occupancy levels, coordinate seating arrangements, and manage workspace assignments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor management.
- Facilitate internal and external communications related to contracts and building management.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in contract administration, building management, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
