Delve into the heart of HR challenges by expertly handling sensitive employee and labor relations, investigations, grievances, and discipline - whether in union or non-union settings. Your adeptness in managing these complex scenarios will be a key asset to our organization.

**Experience Required**:

- Essential experience as a Director or Senior HR professional
- Skilled in HR policy implementation, communication, and employee projects
- Proficient in Canadian & USA employment laws
- Strong organizational abilities
- Adept at influencing senior leaders and providing guidance and challenge

**Responsibilities**:

- Strengthen the HR team with skill assessment, upskilling, and IT collaboration for implementation of new HRIS
- Manage diverse leadership teams with tailored support and navigate the unique expectations and levels of sophistication within each business
- Handle sensitive employee/labour relations, investigations, grievances, and discipline in union and non-union settings.
- Lead comprehensive HR functions that aligned with organizational goal, including workforce planning, rewards, onboarding, talent management, and development.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
