**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare sushi rolls and other dishes according to customer orders.
- Have knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi making techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow safety protocols for food preparation and storage.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
- Keep up with current trends in sushi making.
