Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and manage orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a parts advisor role or similar position preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive parts is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33,100.00-$60,917.15 per year
