Responsabilités:

- Assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs internes sur les systèmes informatiques.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels.
- Configurer et dépanner les connexions VPN.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les utilisateurs pour comprendre et résoudre leurs problèmes.
- Gérer les demandes de support via Help desk, Jira, ou ServiceNow.
- Assurer la maintenance des réseaux informatiques et des systèmes d'exploitation.
- Effectuer le dépannage logiciel pour résoudre les problèmes techniques.

Qualifications:

- Expérience préalable en support informatique ou service à la clientèle.
- Connaissances en réseautage informatique et systèmes d'exploitation.
- Compétences en dépannage logiciel et matériel.
- Maîtrise des outils de ticketing tels que Jira ou ServiceNow.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
