**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of bookkeeping and Quickbooks Online skills
- General accounting knowledge, Microsoft/Google Office skills and task management.
- Experence with Dext, BuilderTrend, Gmail, excel/Gsheets an asset
- Requires strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with other team members
- Passion for high end Building projects
- Planner & implementor and you can manage your own deadlines with multiple projects and task lists
- Problem solver. When you see a problem, you know there’s a solution and you’ll find it. You’re super resourceful
- You’re analytical & strategic. You like to know the why behind what you do and figure things out.
- You love details but know when not to let them bog you down.
- You take ownership and bring ideas to the table, ready to implement them.
- You aren’t afraid of communicating with vendors, clients, team, and others
- Comfortable working independently with technology

Responsibilities may include
- Preparing client invoicing and budget tracking of projects
- Entering purchase orders, bills and payments
- Reconciling bank statements
- Journal entries
- Sales Tax, Payroll tax, WSIB filings
- Preparing reports and tracking
- Review reports and accounts for accuracy
- Ensure Safety training and equipment is compliant with all regulations
- Maintain WSIB, Insurance and Trade license info for all subcontractors
- Maintain Tracking and details of assets and equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
