This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in opening 8 new locations within the next 2 years, encompassing both franchise and corporate establishments, while working collaboratively with regional teams to elevate our brand to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:
**Expansion Goals**: Play a pivotal role in opening 8 new locations within the next 2 years, combination of franchise and corporate establishments.

**Lead Generation Excellence**:

- Innovate and implement strategies to drive high-quality leads for our moving and storage services.
- Identify and seize new opportunities to generate leads for new franchise owners, expanding our network.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns across various online channels, staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- Spearhead the identification of new markets, conducting insightful market research for strategic decision-making.

**Go-to-Market Strategy and Planning**:

- Formulate a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, collaborating with regional teams for seamless execution.
- Craft a detailed marketing plan, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, and channels for maximum impact.
- Develop a budget allocation strategy ensuring resources are optimally utilized.

**Centralized Support and Control**:

- Work from our national headquarters, providing centralized support and maintaining control for all locations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of marketing strategies, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Creative Marketing Prowess**:

- Bring your creativity to life by crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with our diverse target audience.
- Develop compelling messages and unique value propositions that set our brand apart. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

**Analytics and Customer Journey**:

- Leverage your analytical skills and Google Analytics expertise to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Understand the customer journey to develop personalized and impactful marketing strategies.
- Continuously monitor KPIs to measure the success of lead generation efforts and customer acquisition cost.

**Vendor Management and Collaboration**:

- Take ownership of the marketing function, including budget management and campaign execution.
- Engage external vendors and partners strategically to enhance our marketing capabilities.
- Nurture strong relationships with vendors for optimal service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition, preferably in the moving and storage industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset.
