Le Planificateur de Marchandises fera partie intégrante de l'équipe de planification, responsable de développer et maintenir un plan d'assortiment équilibré pour piloter les stratégies financières et de produit. Ce rôle inclut la contribution à la stratégie avant-saison et à la gestion en cours de saison pour des catégories de produits spécifiques, en utilisant des données pour éclairer les décisions commerciales et stimuler la croissance des ventes. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre transition d'un détaillant traditionnel à un leader omnicanal et innovateur dans le domaine de la mode axée sur la technologie.
- **Responsabilités**:_
- Réaliser des analyses commerciales approfondies pour informer les stratégies futures.
- Atteindre les résultats des KPI tels que les ventes, la marge brute et les taux de démarque.
- Gérer l’OTB (open to buy) des catégories, y compris les ventes, le flux de réception et les objectifs BOP.
- Développer des stratégies d'assortiment centrées sur les cycles de vie des présentoirs, les tendances et la productivité CC.
- Diriger les revues commerciales mensuelles et les rapports trimestriels rétrospectifs, en fournissant des insights exploitables.
- Développer des stratégies de tarification et de démarque.
- Transformer les plans d'assortiment avant-saison en plans d'articles clés et de cycles de vie.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes transversales, y compris le Merchandising, l'Allocation et l'Intelligence Produit Régionale pour élaborer et exécuter les plans de catégorie.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Diplôme de Licence en Commerce, Finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en Planification ou Allocation dans l'industrie de la vente au détail.
- Compétences analytiques solides et personnalité curieuse.
- Compétences avancées en Excel.
- Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement rapide.

- **Job Summary**:_

The Merchandise Planner will be an integral part of the planning team, responsible for developing and maintaining a balanced assortment plan to drive financial and product strategies. This role includes contributing to pre-season strategy and in-season management for specific product categories, using data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in our transition from a traditional brick-and-mortar retailer to an Omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion innovator.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to inform future strategies.
- Achieve KPI results such as sales, gross margin, and markdown rates.
- Manage category OTB (open to buy), including sales, receipt flow, and BOP targets.
- Develop assortment strategies focused on floor-set lifecycles, trends, and CC productivity.
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly hindsight reports, providing actionable insights.
- Develop pricing and markdown strategies.
- Transform pre-season assortment plans into key item and lifecycle plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Allocation, and Regional Product Intelligence to strategize and execute category plans.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Planning or Allocation in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a curious personality.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with change and adaptable strategies.
- Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
- Competent in making data-backed tough decisions.
- Proactive, action-oriented approach challenging the status quo.
- Effective and concise communication skills for team and leadership interaction.
