**Differentiating Accountabilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end business account opening process
- Ensure that all FINTRAC and regulatory requirements with respect to business accounts are met.
- Subject matter expert for Member Direct Small Business (MDSB) and all banking system matters. Provides assistance and direction to both employees and members for all issues related to MDSB and the banking system.
- Complete loan advances. This includes reviewing the draw request to confirm it matches the terms of the approval, and obtaining all necessary supporting documents such as sub-searches, member budgets, appraisal/engineer reports, etc.
- Accurately review and prepare various reports and conduct follow up as required, and/or make recommendations as appropriate.
- Audit colleagues work as required.
- Make referrals to the branch network when appropriate.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- University Degree or College Diploma or 10+ years of banking experience
- 3+ years of Financial services experience
- General knowledge of real estate law, land registry system, and mortgage lending principles
- General knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) and registry
- Displays interpersonal skills by demonstrating approachability, trustworthiness, flexibility, and a strong work and service ethic
- Strong attention detail
- Uses technology to enhance productivity
- Committed to continuous personal improvement and continuous learning
