What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Director, Deposits & Payments Strategy and Business Management, this role has overall accountability for the development and delivery of internal and direct to client communications, sales collateral and client value propositions for the Imperial Service client segment. Communications are expected to be clear, concise and aligned with CIBC’s purpose, while complying with laws and regulations in all material respects.

How you'll Succeed-
- SME in client journey management working with Imperial Service leaders and coordinating with other digital and assisted channel owners to ensure client centricity in all messaging.- Lead and create client value propositions aligning deposit and payment solutions with client needs and generating sales collateral to support money in growth objectives and initiatives.- Manage key priorities and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are kept current on the status of the communication strategy and artifacts. Facilitate the timely feedback and review of all communications by product owners, partners and leaders, recommending and obtaining approvals where they required- Track lessons learned from new product launches and campaigns, iterating and evolving as required to support client acquisition and deepening of money-in relationships.- Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies where communications are unnecessarily delayed, reworked and reprioritized, while also engaging key partners for their feedback.-
- Perform a coordination role while working closely with product owners to ensure business objectives are effectively translated into meaningful communications appropriate for, and tailored to, internal and external audiences. Fulfill the role of Record Retention Coordinator for internal and external communications.- Ensure client communications are accompanied with clear internal messaging and previewed with partner teams and leaders on a need to know basis. Establish and maintain key performance indicators that allow for ongoing measurement of, and continuous improvement to, product communications

Who you are

Thorough Knowledge of Distribution Channels for Personal Deposits and Payments business - Imperial Service, Digital and Retail banking

Experience creating presentations for Executive audience and channel partners

Qualified and well-developed communication and presentation skills for internal and external clients

Well-developed influencing skills, to promote/negotiate acceptance and implementation of ideas and concepts within and outside own organization

Effective relationship management skills, and collaboration skills

Ability to plan and coordinate several concurrent initiatives.

Strong interpersonal skills necessary to gain commitment and support to desired objective.

Ability to establish productive relationships with various leaders, departments and partners across the organization and externally
