***: Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide accurate and timely processing of customer orders and customer pricing, as well as to support Business Development by tracking new business quotes, downloading RFQ’s and following up on missing documentation.
** This position is covering a leave for approximately 14 months**
- Upload automated orders
- Accurate and timely data entry of new orders, date changes and pricing updates
- Accurate set up of new parts in the system
- Maintain the Quote Tracker and new business awarded spreadsheet
- Download drawings and models for all John Deere RFQ’s
- Download drawings for all Raymond RFQ and upload quote price
- Other duties as required.
**DESIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Ideally 1 year or more experience in a related field.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills are required.
**OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS**:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills combined with solid business judgment and a professional manner.
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and timely responsiveness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects with simultaneous deadlines.

**HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Follow policies and procedures put in place for employee safety and in compliance to the OHSA
- Ask supervisor if unsure of task or duty assigned
- Report unsafe conditions and potential hazards to supervisor
- Wear and maintain proper PPE required for the task
- Do not engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
- Do not use or operate any equipment or work in a way that may endanger any worker
- Report any hazards or contraventions of the OHSA
