Guelph, Canada 10C Shared Space Full time

(10C) is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper (with Quickbooks Online expertise) to manage the day-to-day financial aspects of our organization. This role is a part-time, 6 month contract covering a leave, with the possibility for extension. Your responsibilities will include tracking revenue, expenses, payments and taxes. This role integrates across various systems and requires someone with immaculate attention to detail, who enjoys working within a fast-paced supportive team environment. We are seeking a team member to hold responsibility for these areas:

- Maintain all Financial processes and records with special focus on day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Report to project plan budgets, including monthly and quarterly project reporting;
- Collaborate with the staff team to ensure efficient and well-documented financial processes.
