**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, offering personalized assistance and styling advice.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and latest fashion trends to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with trying on garments, suggesting complementary pieces, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Keep the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Create captivating social media stories and reels to showcase our unique menswear collections and promote the boutique's brand.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and gift certificates.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or menswear boutique.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with a strong understanding of men's style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and create lasting customer relationships.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
