Reporting to the Owner, the General Manager Real Estate Management is a key member of the senior management team, overseeing a team of property administrators, building staff, and technical experts who uphold high standards of service excellence and who manage an extensive commercial and residential property portfolio. They establish goals, priorities, and key metrics; manage people and budgets; provide oversight on building operations; make recommendations on capital investment and oversee contractors and project management on refits and ongoing maintenance.

The General Manager Real Estate Management is a natural leader of people with exceptional management skills. They are an innovative and strategic leader who excels at being proactive with their team in evaluating risks and solving issues creatively and promptly. Strong business acumen complements their ability to present recommendations based on sound analysis. The General Manager supports the team in achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance with exemplary attention to detail. They consistently evaluate decisions regarding the impact on the business, its strategy, and its brand. They have an intergenerational and entrepreneurial mindset.
