**Description**:
Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de territoire dédié et motivé pour améliorer la croissance et la satisfaction des clients sur le marché dentaire du QC. Ce rôle est essentiel pour établir des relations solides avec les clients, faciliter des événements de formation continue impactants et offrir un soutien exceptionnel.
Ce poste sera responsable de stimuler la croissance et la satisfaction des clients sur le marché dentaire du QC, par l’éducation des clients, le soutien et le suivi. Il gérera les prospects et les ventes par divers canaux et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le marketing pour soutenir le développement et la promotion des produits, en fournissant des retours sur le marché. Il travaillera également avec l’équipe de laboratoire interne pour s’assurer que les programmes éducatifs sont pertinents pour le marché.
**Responsabilités clés**:
- Développement des relations clients : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels pour comprendre profondément leurs besoins et améliorer leur satisfaction.
- Gestion des prospects et des ventes : Gérer les prospects et les ventes par divers canaux, en assurant un suivi efficace et en maximisant les opportunités de conversion.
- Collaboration : Collaborer avec l’équipe de laboratoire et l’équipe marketing pour fournir des informations précieuses et des retours sur le développement des produits et les stratégies promotionnelles, en les alignant sur les demandes du marché.
- Coordination des programmes éducatifs : Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion du laboratoire interne pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes éducatifs pertinents et bénéfiques pour le marché.
- Analyse et veille du marché : Surveiller en continu les tendances du marché et recueillir les retours des clients pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et informer les initiatives stratégiques.
- Organisation d’événements : Planifier et faciliter des événements de formation continue qui enrichissent les connaissances des clients et promeuvent nos offres de produits.
**Responsabilités générales**:
- Analyser le territoire assigné pour identifier les cibles dans leurs domaines de responsabilité.
- Exploiter les prospects générés par le CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator et d’autres canaux.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan de vente stratégique pour le territoire afin d’augmenter les affaires.
- Sensibiliser les nouveaux clients aux services du laboratoire.
- Soutenir l’exécution de tous les lancements marketing et des objectifs de vente de nouveaux produits.
- Participer aux salons régionaux et nationaux, en plus des formations continues sponsorisées par le laboratoire.
- Maintenir des canaux de communication appropriés entre les clients et le laboratoire.
- Compléter les rapports requis concernant les activités liées aux clients, les interactions, la croissance et les mises à jour pertinentes.
- S’auto-former, en maintenant une conscience des conditions du marché du territoire, des prix compétitifs, des niveaux de service et des attitudes des clients.
**Formation continue et événements**:
- Soutenir la mise en place des événements, si nécessaire.
- Assurer le suivi après l’événement.
- Aider avec des tâches supplémentaires assignées par la direction.
**Qualifications**:
- Expérience préalable dans l’industrie dentaire.
- 3+ années d’expérience en vente.
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de gestion des ventes.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit.
- Expérience avec un haut niveau de confort pour présenter à de grands publics.
- Capacité à penser stratégiquement et à diriger.
- Compétences en communication et en relation client.
- Expérience avancée en dépannage et en gestion de plusieurs tâches.
- Capacité à voyager.
- Permis de conduire valide de la Colombie-Britannique.
