**Objectif du poste**
Le gestionnaire de comptes de territoire est responsable de stimuler les ventes dans le territoire qui lui est assigné par le biais des comptes existants et du développement de nouvelles affaires. Il s’agit d’un poste de vente sur le terrain avec des éléments de formation clinique axés sur la stimulation des ventes.
**Fonctions et responsabilités**
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente et les IRC assignés.
- Établir, développer et maintenir des relations d’affaires avec les clients actuels et les clients potentiels dans le territoire assigné.
- Effectuer des visites en personne et des appels téléphoniques auprès de clients potentiels et leur présenter des séminaires éducatifs, selon les besoins.
- Effectuer des évaluations de PCI/IPAC selon les besoins.
- Faire la planification du territoire afin d’analyser et d’identifier des occasions de croissance.
- Se tenir au courant des conditions du marché et des activités des concurrents.
- S’assurer que le système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle est tenu à jour et que les informations sur les clients sont exactes.
- Accélérer la résolution des problèmes et des plaintes des clients.
- Rendre compte des résultats des ventes au directeur général.
- Respecter les spécifications ISO9001 et les réglementations des BPF.
- Apporter son soutien et vendre des produits lors d’événements et de salons professionnels liés au secteur, si nécessaire.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches demandées par le directeur.
**Qualifications**
**Éducation**:
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente.
**Compétences, aptitudes et caractéristiques**:
- Professionnel hautement motivé.
- Très compétitif et axé sur les résultats.
- Excellentes capacités de planification et d’organisation.
- Capacité à s’ajuster en fonction des priorités changeantes et à travailler avec des informations limitées.
- Connaissances pratiques d’Excel, de PowerPoint et d’Outlook.
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations professionnelles importantes avec les clients internes et externes.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation et de communication.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à adopter une approche pratique du travail.
- Capacité à analyser des données et à résoudre des problèmes.
- Permis de conduire valide.
**Expérience**:
- Un minimum de troisans d’expérience en vente
- De l’expérience en milieu dentaire ou pharmaceutique est préférable
**Conditions de travail**
- Environnement mouvementé et distrayant. La personne occupant le poste de gestionnaire de comptes de territoire devra posséder d’excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et de gestion du temps et du stress pour mener à bien les tâches qui lui sont confiées.
- Exposition à l’environnement des cabinets dentaires et médicaux pendant la durée de la journée de travail.
- Voyagement de nuit parfois nécessaire.
**Exigences physiques**
- La personne occupant ce poste devra être assise pour conduire ou pour utiliser du matériel de bureau, ou encore debout pour assister à des salons professionnels, et ce, pendant plusieurs heures.
- Elle devra occasionnellement soulever du matériel de vente, des échantillons de produits et des équipements pouvant peser jusqu’à 18kg (40lb).
- Elle doit pouvoir voyager plus de 60% du temps.
