Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Secretary, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working at the front desk of a dental office
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties and terminology
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
- Clerical skills for managing paperwork and office tasks
- Administrative skills to support the office operations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
