Reporting to the Director, Physician Wellness & Support Programs, the Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing is responsible for providing a range of confidential services to students, residents, and physicians experiencing concerns/conflict in the workplace. This may include advocacy with agencies, conflict resolution, case management, referral to community resources and ongoing support. This position also assists the Director, Physician Wellness & Support Programs in advocating and advancing workplace wellness initiatives provincially and nationally.

There are two permanent, full-time positions available. One position will be based in at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with the other in Regina, SK.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- In collaboration with the Physician Advocate, Workplace Wellbeing, provide intervention for medical learners and physicians in the workplace including: mediation, conflict resolution, advocacy with agencies, case management, referral to community resources and on-going support.
- Provide conflict resolution services and mediation in the workplace between individual physician’s members and their workplace colleagues.
- Operationalize program strategic goals, collaboratively develops educational and interventional initiatives/programs which address workplace wellness concerns for students, residents, and physicians.
- Develop positive relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders/agencies to resolve workplace wellbeing concerns and issues.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Medical Staff Association presidents.
- Participate in development of strategic SMA initiatives that promote the objectives of the Workplace Wellness initiative.
- Establish program key performance indicators (KPI); collects data and performs analysis on KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and performance of the services offered and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Performs other program related duties assigned by the Director, Physician Wellness & Support Programs.

**Qualifications**:
Post secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years’ experience in mediation and/or conflict resolution.

**Salary**

$72,861 - $98,576 per annum commensurate with experience.
