**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Service Development Responsibilities**:

- Schedule service appointments, optimizing shop load and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, customer follow-ups, and campaigns.
- Provide knowledgeable and credible information to customers regarding service needs and appointments.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to manage their expectations throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.

**Sales Development Responsibilities**:

- Qualify sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Assist with online sales campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, preferably in a service BDC or sales BDC setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and sales processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
