L’analyste - Infrastructure fournit un niveau de spécialisation complet dans la planification, l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre, la configuration, l’administration, les essais, la surveillance, la production de rapports et le soutien des changements et des systèmes nouveaux et actuels pour le stockage des données, les serveurs, la protection des données et les technologies de sécurité de la technologie de l’information (TI) hébergés sur place ou à l’externe. Le (la) titulaire du poste doit avoir des connaissances dans une ou plusieurs des technologies suivantes : systèmes d’exploitation des serveurs, technologies de virtualisation, automatisation de l’infrastructure, technologies d’optimisation de la disponibilité, stockage, protection des données et technologies de sécurité des TI.

Description d'emploi

Responsabilités principales:

- Participer à la conception, au développement, à la construction, à la mise en œuvre, à l’optimisation et aux essais relatifs aux serveurs, au stockage et à la protection des données.
- Recommander des améliorations de sécurité à la direction ou aux cadres supérieurs des TI.
- Examiner et évaluer la viabilité opérationnelle des améliorations ou des modifications apportées à l’infrastructure des serveurs, du stockage et de la protection des données.
- Recommander l’acceptation ou le rejet des demandes de changement tout en s’assurant que les meilleures mesures possible sont en place en ce qui concerne les exigences techniques relatives à l’infrastructure, à la connectivité de réseau et aux pratiques exemplaires en matière de sécurité, tout en assurant l’interopérabilité actuelle et future avec l’infrastructure du système de NAV CANADA.
- Offrir des conseils aux clients internes sur les exigences fonctionnelles telles que les normes et d’autres composantes de TI liées à la sécurité, aux politiques, à la configuration et à la conformité des réglages.
- Valider la documentation technique et contribuer à son élaboration, à sa rédaction et à sa tenue à jour, ce qui inclut les documents sur l’architecture et la conception, les scripts et les résultats des essais, les exigences, les plans de mise en œuvre, les documents sur l’entretien et le soutien, et les instructions destinés aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Planifier et effectuer régulièrement l’entretien préventif du système, y compris les mises à niveau et/ou les correctifs pour corriger les vulnérabilités de sécurité et/ou les améliorations opérationnelles.
- Soutenir les processus et procédures de gestion des actifs et de la configuration.
- Relever et corriger les faiblesses en matière de sécurité et formuler des recommandations sur le matériel et les logiciels de sécurité.

Exigences du poste

Formation:

- Diplôme d’une université ou d’un collège reconnu avec spécialisation en informatique/technologies de l’information ou en génie, OU une combinaison acceptable d’études, d’expérience connexe et de formation.

Expérience:

- Expérience en matière de serveurs, de stockage et de protection des données dans le domaine des technologies de l’information (TI).
- Expérience de la prestation d’un soutien fonctionnel et technique pour les logiciels et les systèmes et excellente compréhension de l’environnement, des processus et des flux de travail techniques et d’affaires sous-jacents.
- Expérience de la prestation d’un soutien au cycle de vie de l’infrastructure des serveurs.
- Expérience de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, des essais et du soutien de l’infrastructure des serveurs.
- Expérience de la création et de la tenue à jour de la documentation technique.
- Expérience de l’utilisation d’outils ITSM et des processus connexes de gestion de l’inventaire et des billets.
- Expérience de l’utilisation d’outils de productivité bureautique.
- Une expérience de l’automatisation des infrastructures serait considérée comme un atout.

Connaissances:

- Connaissance de la conception, des théories, des principes, des méthodes, des techniques et des pratiques qui ont cours dans le domaine des TI, notamment en ce qui concerne la virtualisation, les systèmes d’exploitation des serveurs, le matériel des serveurs, le stockage et la protection des données.
- Connaissance des outils et des technologies de gestion de la configuration des systèmes, de production de rapports et de surveillance.
- Connaissance du cadre d’essai, de la conception jusqu’aux essais officiels et à l’acceptation.
