We are looking for a **BI/Data Analyst **with experience in Fintech or e-payment industries. As a BI/Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve our web and mobile payment solutions. You will collaborate with product teams, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and optimize user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, reporting, and the Fintech e-payment ecosystem. This is a full-time permanent position.
**_ How You Will Contribute:_**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including web and mobile analytics, payment transactions, and user behavior.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing web and mobile app features.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of design changes or new features on user engagement and transaction success rates.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Provide insights on user behavior, conversion rates, churn rates, and payment success metrics to optimize user experience.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and perform deep dives into specific business challenges.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in data analysis and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data analysis, Fintech, and e-payment solutions.
**_ What You Bring to the Table:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within Fintech or e-payment industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and other statistical analyses.
- Familiarity with payment processes, digital wallets, and financial transaction data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:_
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of data engineering practices (e.g., ETL processes, data warehousing).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics in the context of payment apps.
- Experience with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
