To that end, we are seeking a mature, experienced and hard-working Automotive Service Consultant at our dealership in Petrolia.

As a Service Consultant, you assist in driving the business vision and operations of the service team. You will aid in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Service Advisor is the primary contact for our customers, promoting and ensuring a high level of customer service focusing on forging new customer relations, managing existing relationships, and building loyalty by providing quality customer experiences.

As a Service Advisor you will:

- Ensure all customers are greeted promptly
- Assist customers with requests for repairs
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Articulate any maintenance and repairs required to customers in a clear manner
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to sell any required repairs
- Verify and communicate customer concerns to Service Technicians
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously

**Requirements**:

- Automotive workshop process and product knowledge
- Experience in sales and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Must have attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership abilities
- Must have exceptional computer skills

Pay: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
